This a report on my first website which I created using HTML5 and CSS. It includes information about accessibility, page design and navigation, usability, user testing methods, and detailed description of the improvements after usability and user testing.

This is the final submitted version of my dissertation: a case study on a company undergoing organisational culture change. The aim of the study is to find out employees’ experience of and attitudes towards authentic organisational culture and the research method used is focus groups. This is a qualitative study.
