I have a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and now doing my masters in Strength & Conditioning. I also work in a professional football club which I help train the first team, youth teams and scholars in getting them stronger and faster. I am also a freelance personal trainer.

I also have a years experience in analyzing peoples running stance and feet when striking the floor (whether they pronate, supinate or not) and can recommend the appropriate footwear they would need that best suits them.
