High 2:1 (68) essay on Welsh Devolution, 
This essay compares Welsh devolution to Scottishdevolution to evaluate whether Welsh devolution has succeeded, and whether Wales will gain further devolved powers. 
This essay also evaluates the impact of Brexit on Welsh devolution, particularly the effects of the Internal Markets Act. Ultimately, this essay concludes that Wales will not match the velocity of Scotland's devolved powers.
