In conclusion there were a lot of limitations of our survey but we managed to work through them and design the best soft drink which would be most popular with teenagers. Whilst there were lots of limitations there were also lots of things that went very well within the survey including no negative respondents, over 30 surveys completed and a conclusive result. Finally, I would say that our survey went very well but for next time there would be a few things we could improve upon.

Without the Ansoff Matrix, companies would not be able to grow and expand into different areas. Finally, without relationship marketing companies would be unable to retain customer loyalty. This shows how these marketing techniques are essential to the survivability of the company.
