Glycogen Synthesis
Notes on Glycogen Synthesis
The synthesis is broken down into essential steps: activation of glucose, glycogenin, branching etc
There is also information about how glycogen synthesis is regulated by hormones --> Glycogen synthase

Glycolyis Mechanism
This is a written walk-through of the steps of glycolysis. Each step is accompanied by a paragraph explaining it in words with diagrams.
I couldn't write essays etc using pictures alone (in my lectures that is all we got) so i've fleshed out the mechanism with words. I think this makes it easier to remember and understand!
