Exercises such as light jogging and movements as well as stretching are used. Tests – Fitness tests to assess and analyse the needs for improvement, the use of motion capture analysis to assess knee ROM for an elite gymnast after injury.

Stretches tissues releasing tension and increasing elasticity. 3. Breaks down scar tissues. 4. Reduces pain and improves relaxation and circulation. However, it can’t be used on certain soft tissue injuries such as contusions or dislocations because it may complicate the injury.
