Ik heb geprobeerd alle nodige informatie zo duidelijk mogelijk maar wel compleet weer te geven. Je ziet de doseringen, medicatienaam, contra-indicaties et cetera. Dit onderdeel wordt getoets op de STAT in jaar 1 bij KR, maar bij jaar 2 komt dit ook bij farmacotherapie. Om deze reden heb ik de doseringen erbij gezet, en dit is ook erg handig voor volgend jaar! Alles komt overeen met farmacotherapeutisch kompas en de NHG-standaard.
