Dit is een samenvatting van alle voorgeschreven literatuur en de hoorcolleges van het vak ''preventie en bestraffing van criminaliteit'' van de opleiding Criminologie aan de VU. Er zal wat overlap zijn tussen de aantekeningen van de literatuur en de hoorcolleges, maar de hoorcolleges bespreken voornamelijk de kern, terwijl de literatuur vaker meer op details ingaat.
