Lecture 5: Corporate Social Responsibility
1. Understand the history and origin of CSR
2. Identify and position CSR between law, ethics, sustainability and management
3. Discuss CSR within a given business or case and develop a simple CSR strategy
4. Explain the benefits of CSR for a hospitality business
Lecture 6: Human Trafficking
1. Have a general understanding, content and global scale of the crime human trafficking

3. Explain and recognize how human trafficking can be detected within a hospitality business
