1. Comprehend the basic legal forms
2. Identify the features of the different legal forms
3. Discuss the pros and cons of the various legal forms
4. Obtain a basic knowledge on concerns
5. Understand the basics of CG
Lecture 5: Corporate Social Responsibility
1. Understand the history and origin of CSR
2. Identify and position CSR between law, ethics, sustainability and management
3. Discuss CSR within a given business or case and develop a simple CSR strategy
4. Explain the benefits of CSR for a hospitality business
Lecture 6: Human Trafficking
1. Have a general understanding, content and global scale of the crime human trafficking
2. Understand and explain the relation between the crime and the hospitality industry
3. Explain and recognize how human trafficking can be detected within a hospitality business
4. Inform hotel staff about the facts and figures of this crime within a hospitality business
