These are revision notes for the Property Law Core Unit of the Legal Practice Course. They are based on the BPP University's course that started in February 2019. The revision notes have been updated to take account of the change in the SRA's Code of Practice in November 2019 and include the most recent version of the SRA's Code of Practice found on the SRA's website. The final page gives an outline of changes in the law since 2019 up to February 2024
