Includes an explanation of the grounds for divorce, key statutes and cases and the bars to divorce. *these notes were written before the introduction of 'no fault divorce', however the notes are still useful for providing an introduction of divorce law and for essays on how the rules on divorce have changed. These notes were used for final year LLB Law studies in which I achieved a high 2:1.

Notes on case and costs management in Civil Litigation. Includes: CPR references, the aims of case & costs management, stages of case management and sanctions. Also includes a suggested approach to answering exam questions on this topic. I made these notes for the Legal Practice Course in January 2020. Useful for SGS 4 for BPP Law School students.
