This is a simple yet comprehensive flowchart/mindmap that I made for BTC Criminal Litigation BSB assessment according to the syllabus. I used it as a memory jogger every night before bed, whilst on a train, in the cafe etc., just anytime, anywhere so that I can recall the important information during the stressful exam.

This notes is colour coded and has mnemonic that will aid you in memorizing and recalling information. It has helped me to pass the BSB exam at the first go.
