Part One: Working Style
1. When referencing my 5 Dynamics assessment results, Explore is
deliberate for me. I need to maintain my energy to keep interested at the
beginning of projects or new ideas. Secondly, I am Effortless Excite on the
Energy Map, which means I naturally am excited about new jobs or
performances and tend to draw others in with my excitement. Deliberate
Examine requires more attentive energy as I am detail- and fact-oriented,
which will create realistic expectations. Lastly, I am Effortless in Execute,
which means I possess intense energy for decision-making and task
, completion. My 5 Dynamics Learning Report put me at Deliberate
Explore, Effortless Excite, Deliberate Examine, and Effortless Execute.
2. My two strengths are Excite and Execute. I can naturally elevate the
people around me within those two working styles with optimism and
motivation. I can connect with others through connection and
communication, which allows for natural inspiration to complete initiatives.
Discuss two strengths you have because of your energy intensities.
Another strength within myself is my ability to focus directly on task
completion and utilize my delegation authority to complete the job at hand.
My two challenges are the Explore and Examine working styles.
Specifically, I struggle with maintaining energy within the Explore working
style because I lose interest quickly and find it difficult to force myself into
new ideas. Within the Examine working style, I find it difficult to put
