Capella University BUS4121:
Ethics in Healthcare
2
Introduction
This interview's purpose was to gain more profound insight into the ethical dilemmas
encountered by healthcare managers in the sector. It aimed to explore how they apply ethical
principles and strategic approaches to tackle these challenges. Maintaining ethical standards is
essential in the healthcare field. Ethics involves our moral values, encompassing our perception
of what is right and wrong, along with our convictions regarding the rights we possess and the
obligations we owe to others. Patients and staff depend on healthcare managers to make well-
informed choices and demonstrate sound judgment while complying with legal requirements.
