  do you have any tips for a level history to gurantee 20/20 in every essay for a comfortable A*?

  I think it's about evaluation. Make sure to write about why something is less or more important in comparison to the other factor. For example, after using the PEEL structure for your essay, just before you link it back (L), write something like "This point is less (or more) plausible/ convincing because..." This makes your judgement clearer :)

  okay thank you! do you by any chance have a sentence structure to follow across the whole essay to know when to add evidence and when to add analysis and what phrases to say to analyse etc to make sure i am doijg everythung to get A*?

  You can use this structure: Give point Provide a lot of evidence; (Discuss statistics, laws passed etc) Analysis (why its important): 'consequently', 'hence, it can be argued', 'This suggests', 'Although' Use the words of the question to analyse : Thus, therefore etc. evaluate: This argument is strong because..., This is more convincing..   You're welcome. I'm not sure yet but I actually posted an essay on Russia (breadth question) on the 'secret police'. For now, I'm working on posting model essay answers for source questions (for China) and then compiling all my revision notes (hopefully finished by the end of February) but delaying a bit because I have exams:)
