An Introduction to RStudio
This consists of 5 sessions teaching you the basics of using R; sufficient for most courses (any bio related course, this is perfect). The sessions become more difficult each time but I do provide the scripts, so if you get stuck, you will always be able to see where you went wrong. I have included flashcards with the definition of each command

4. Introduction to R - basic statistical analysis
This session teaches you how to perform basic statistical analysis and a little bit of theory. The two main parts are 1) Standard deviations; how to with and without creating an object and then 2) Random samples and Type I errors; how to generate random data and how to manipulate it, what constitutes an error and so forth.
