Unit 2 Sport and Exercise Physiology

Unit 2: Assignment 1 Summary of the initial physiological responses to exercise. Cardiovascular responses, respiratory responses, energy systems and neuromuscular system responses. Submitted for my BTEC assignment and achieved a Distinction.

Unit 2: Assignment 3 Summary of the long term adaptations exercise has on the body. Cardiovascular adaptations, respiratory adaptations, neuromuscular adaptations, energy system adaptations and skeletal adaptations. Submitted for my BTEC assignment and achieved a Distinction.

Unit 2: Assignment 2 Fatigue, depletion of energy sources, effects of waste products, neuromuscular fatigue and recovery. Submitted for my BTEC assignment and achieved a Distinction.

This is the second assignment in this unit, providing full detail and the best possible grades, allowing me to get a distinction in this unit and the whole course and hopefully allowing you to do that too!!!
