rompmusculatuur.
 rompspieren =bilaterale innervatie
 Vb: bij eenzijdig letsel in cortex /capsula interna rompspieren
hemiplegische zijde toch nog tot op zekere hoogte functioneren.
• Wanneer lichaamshelft niet goed functioneert
 niet verwachten dat andere helft wel optimaal zal functioneren.
