Abstract

Christian leaders should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the evidence offered to

arrive at the utmost rational and conscientious decisions for the benefit of their organizations.

Within this paper, these approaches will show that the utilization of data is applicable throughout

all stages of an organization and across multiple sectors, facilitating decision-making based on

data. A Christian leader is capable of developing suitable business processes which reflect the

interests of stakeholders and foster a workplace environment that reflects the servant mindset of

all those who contribute to the organization. According to Blocher et al., (2022), when

principles are incorporated into these frameworks, companies are prompted to go beyond

traditional metrics and embrace the principles of equality, stewardship, and long-term

sustainability. Accordingly, the incorporation of Biblical principles into organizational structures

provides a captivating method by which knowledge can be used to influence and improve

contemporary management approaches via these initiatives. A Christian leader may develop an

objective and mission which directs the organization with moral and successful principles.

Through this, those making choices will uphold Christian ideals, so ensuring the organization's

prosperity. While empowering Christian leaders to utilize biblical principles and data analytics

in decision-making.
