Events – Wilde Bramble began selling their organic products at farmers
markets. Word began to spread about the quality of their products, resulting
in local shops and restaurants buying their goods. Alder and Calla Wilde
began spending their savings and accumulating debt.
Pattern – As demand for their products increased, Alder and Calla Wilde are
spending more and using a credit card to lease farmland and purchase
equipment to keep up with the new demand.
Underlying Structure – Their current system is organized in a way that is
reactive to the surge in demand rather than proactive. They did not have
