, • What is the rhythm disturbance?
–Rate: Ventricular < 40, Atrial in 70’s
–PR intervals: Variable, no relationship between the atria (P waves) and QRS complexes
–Rhythm frequently requires emergent pacing
• Complete A-V dissociation or third degree heart block

,• What is the rhythm disturbances?
- First strip, Rate < 40 prolonged PR interval, with 1:1 conduction, first degree A/V block
- Second strip: Regular Ventricular rate 60 Sawtooth, atrial rate <300 4:1 atrial flutter
- Third strip, fibrillatory baseline with irregular R to R intervals, atrial fibrillation
