, STRATEGIC HR AND EMPLOYMENT LAW ASSIGNMENT 2
Abstract
This paper examines the intersection of Christian worldview principles within strategic
human resource management (HRM) and employment law practices. Drawing from the
foundational works of Hardy (1990), Keller and James (2012), and Valentine et al. (2025). The
research draws its information from 2025 peer-reviewed articles and trade publications to
analyze spiritual and ethical aspects of work and HRM development and biblical principles for
modern business operations. The research demonstrates how faith-based HR practice meets
religious obligations by using its dual work approach to achieve organizational success through
administrative and strategic function integration and employment law compliance with justice
and stewardship principles.
Keywords: Christian worldview, human resource management, strategic HR, employment
law, servant leadership, workplace spirituality, organizational justice, employee engagement,
corporate social responsibility
