2. Where does the corpus spongiosum extend to?: - extends from bulb/base of penis to
cone-shaped glans with its expanded base/corona
3. What is smegma?: - glans secretions that may collect in the foreskin
- very normal in uncircumsized men
4. What is the scrotum?: - a loose, wrinkled pouch of skin divided into 2 compartments, each containing a
testis or testicle
5. Where is the epididymis located and what does it become?: - located on posterolateral
surface of each testis
- becomes the vas deferens
6. What is the function of the vas deferens?: - transports sperm for epididymis tail to the urethra

canal and over the ureter to the prostate
