personal judgments and assessments regarding the mission readiness of the unit

UMR.
Maintenance/G4 Responsibilities - Answer-Equipment on Hand/Readiness SMEs
Responsible for GCSS-A updates, AESIP updates, Unit Equipment Readiness Listing, Maintenance Report,
top equipment shortages, maintenance concerns, equipment on hand/maintenance comments, and
ensuring S- & R-level data is accurately reported.
Training Officer/G3 Responsibilities - Answer-Training SME
DTMS updates, METL T/P/U & Y/Q/N assessments, I/CS/P proficiencies/dates, Live Fire proficiency/date,
# Training Days required to reach 100% T-METL, training comments, CBRN T-days, and ensuring T-level
data is accurately reported.

Final approval of C-level, A-level, prioritized shortages, comments, and concerns for entry into NetUSR.

What is the C level - Answer-The "C-level" is the overall unit readiness metric established by the Joint
Staff.
C-levels reflect the unit's ability to accomplish core functions, provide designed capabilities, and execute
the standardized METs.
Derived from four measured areas (PSRT) that indicate the availability status of resources and unit
training proficiency measured against the designed capabilities from the unit's MTOE or TDA.
C-1 - Answer-Unit has the required resources and is trained to undertake the full wartime mission.
C-2 - Answer-Unit possesses the required resources and is trained to undertake most of the its missions
for which it is designed
C-3 - Answer-Unit possesses the required resources and is trained to undertake many, but not all,
portions of the mission for which it is designed
