Project Meetings
At the beginning of the project, all stakeholders and team members agreed to have
meetings once a week through the initiation and planning phases. Once implementation
occurred, the meetings would be moved to every other week for project updates. Agendas

edits and recommendations. The project manager will collect ideas and
recommendations and then send out the formal agenda the day before the scheduled
meeting. Some topics were agreed to be discussed at each meeting, such as reviewing
deadlines, budget review, and overall project progress. During each meeting, topics and
discussions will be evaluated and identified as to if they should be added to the agenda
