A PT who is employed with an athletic team may provide PT to any of the
following even when in another state -correct-answer-players, members of the
athletic team's coaching staff, communication, equipment and sports med staff,
band or cheerleader, and the teams mascot. THis is ok if the PT is not provided in
a healthcare facility, and that they do not provide PT for more than 60 days in a
calendar year.

may take appropriate action in the absence of the applicant or licensee




The person sanctioned shall pay a fee in the amount of the actual cost of the
administrative hearing, including the cost of the court reporter, the hearing officer,

7) respect the rights, knowledge and skills of colleagues and other healthcare
professionals
8) safeguard the public from underutilization or overutilization of PT services
9) provide accurate and relevant information to patients about the patients' care
and to the public about PT services

10) Report to the PT section any unprofessional, incompetent or illegal behavior of
a PT or PTA




Ethical Conduct: conforming to the minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing
PT practice. May be considered unethical regardless of whether or not actual

ethical practice by practicing in a manner that is moral and honorable

examinations

Cooperation -correct-answer-licensees shall cooperate with an investigation by
the PT section. Cooperation includes responding fully and promptly to any
questions raised by the PT section and providing copies of the medical records and
other documents requested by the PT section
1) respond fully and truthfully to a request for information from the PT section
2) comply with a subpoena issued by the PT section
