sending messages through an app. A standard messaging app also comes installed in
modern area mobile phones, its advantages are that it doesn’t need an internet connection
as they are offered by the service provider depending on the plan. Instant messages is useful
as users can communicate with each other instantly anywhere they are in the country and
sometimes in Europe.

cams to communicate through a call or through a specific website/application offering video
communication. Video communication is very useful as users are able to communicate with
each other just like they would in real life on a one-to-one basis. Video communication
allows users to speak to each other through a microphone and listen to each other possibly
through headphones or any available audio output device. Another benefit of video call is
that consumers can see each other in real time even when being in different regions or even
countries.

providers such as yahoo, Microsoft and google, once a user has made an account he will
have a personal email account in the form ******@gmail.com, an email account can be
used to send emails to other users as well as receive them in the section called “inbox”.
Emails use protocols such as SMTP to function, users need to be connected to the internet
wirelessly or through wired connection in order to send and receive an email. Emails are the
best ways to communicate with companies/businesses/organisations as any other
communication method wouldn’t be suitable considering the high volume of clients, for
example if a business was to communicate with its clients through video communication it
wouldn’t be able to help all its clients because of the number of calls and the number of
staff available.
