Abstract
This paper seeks to establish how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing Human
Resource Management (HRM) practices and organizational performance. Theoretical and
qualitative research is used in the paper to discuss the emergence and development of AI in the
field of HR, its potential and threats, and recommendations for its practical application. The
insights provided by the observations suggest that AI could bring significant changes in HR
activities, improve various decisions, and contribute to creating a model for strategic staffing
management. However, it also underlines the necessity of defining the ethical concerns, data
management and changes management to implement IA. Thus, the paper aims to develop a
framework that would enable organizations and HR to effectively adopt AI in a way aligned with
the organization’s capabilities and readiness to support employees for the future workplace
characterized by AI technologies.
