5. Maintain the Coordinate with other secretaries or outside agencies to schedule

meetings, secure a conference room, obtain documents in preparation

for the meeting, create the agenda, and take minutes when needed
(JLM, Monthly Superintendent Meeting, meetings with Edison, or our
Labor Partners.
6. Travel/Expense Responsible for all Division travel. I review and approve of the Director's
behalf. I'm also responsible for enrolling division statt for travel training
and I provide one on one training when needed. I coordinate group
travel such as the APPA Rodeo, International Lineman's Rodeo, and
have also assisted with the Navajo Mutual Aid Training travel in which we
have approximately 30 travelers throughout the Division. To ensure
cohesiveness and eflciency I implemented a tracking system to ensure
timely completion.
7. Supervision I supervise 1 Senior Admin Clerk. It has been my responsibility to
train her in her job duties, prepare her for promotion, and teach her
the duties of a UES so that she is knowledgeable, confident, and
