Part A1.
In Middlesex County, homelessness is an issue that continues to increase. While their
government is continuing to develop a thorough housing program, the usage of shelters that are a
temporary solution displays a false illustration to the public people. The people have a belief that
the homeless issues have been fixed and resolved. Once the public thought that the homeless
problems were no longer an issue in the county, they took the initiative to stop providing money
towards the housing programs. Due to the decrease in funds for the housing programs, it has
caused homelessness to still be an increasing issue in the county of Middlesex, Minnesota.
