March 2023, twelve weeks pregnant, she disclosed her pregnancy and requested reassignment
from the laboratory, concerned about harmful exposure to chemicals such as Bisphenol A. Her
manager immediately relocated her to an office but failed to provide any duties or equipment,
despite promises of light work and a computer
