ANALYSIS
1. What is the difference between traditional recruitment and intelligent recruitment?
Reviewing traditional recruitment, there are many subjective and irregular factors behind the matching
between job seekers and jobs. The problem of information asymmetry is rather obvious, leading to the
ambiguity of measurement standards. Moreover, traditional talent management requires a lot of problem-
solving and practice to reasonably summarize applicant data. Therefore, the mission of big data, AI, and
other digital means is to standardize and structure the bilateral information to transform unmeasurable
abstract values into measurable specific data. Intelligent recruitment is a recruitment system based on big
data analysis which can calculate the comprehensive score of the applicant's personal experience, resume,
and ability and personality tests, thus saving data review time and shortening the whole recruitment process
