b) Disability:

that makes it difficult for someone to do everyday activities the same way most people
do.
c) High Level of Support Needs:
This term describes people with disabilities who need extra help or specialised care to
participate in activities like school, work, or everyday life. For example, someone who
needs help with eating, dressing, or moving around.
d) Access Technology:
Access technology refers to tools or equipment that help people with disabilities to
access information, communicate, or carry out tasks. Examples include screen readers,
wheelchairs, or speech-to-text apps.
e) Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC):
AAC includes ways of communicating besides speaking. This helps people who cannot
talk or have difficulty talking. It includes tools like picture boards, communication apps,
