Introduction
Hot Beans Web is a web development company who want to extend their website to include a
section promoting their business to possible employees. The intended audience is people aged
above 18 with an interest or experience in Web Development / Creating Websites.
Since they do not have anything at the moment I will be solving this by creating a completely new
set of pages for their website. This will allow interested people to learn about Hot Beans Web and
express interest in working for them.
It needs to be simple to allow potential developers to quickly navigate and express interest. An
interactive, functional, and usable website working on different browsers and devices is important.
I will create a website from the designs in about 1-2 weeks, invite people to test it and allow 3-4
more days to get feedback and creation optimised versions.
In terms of client and server elements I intend for the HTML code, images etc to be client side to
allow quick access as it should be easy to handle even for older systems. Anything that involves
personal information will need to be handled on the server side after being encrypted. This will
avoid any security risks e.g. malware on the client side.
Website design principles emphasise consistent colours, fonts and images that are quick to load on a
range of browsers and devices. I will ensure, as far as time allows, this is the case for this client.
