arthroscopy/ cystoscopy surgery
carbon dioxide (CO2) laser - answer most common (least expensive), invisible beam,
NO clear fluid
Krpton laser - answer gas, red light most used, used for eyes (retina)
excimer laser - answer excellent precision, ultraviolent in color, gases in unit VERY toxic
and fatal, risk for UV radiation, very large
laser head - answer contains the media with the mirrors at either end
electromagnetic spectrum – answer radio waves, microwaves, infrared waves, visible
light, ultraviolet light x-rays, and gamma rays
