It is a book report about the book The Notebook - Nicholas Sparks. I got an 8.5 for this report! It was written partly in Dutch and partly in English (a few parts were required to be written in English).

For each book that you read, make all these assignments. You can write either
in English or in Dutch, except for the review (assignment G). That has to be in
English. Write in your own words.

Assignment A
List the most important characters in the left column, usually three or four
people. In the right column, write down five characteristics. Give a short (one
or two lines) example that illustrates the characteristic.

 Noah Calhoun  Dapper, hij heft tijdens de 2e
wereldoorlog meegevochten.
 Hardwerkend, hij werkt hard voor zijn
geld.
 Eenzaam, nadat Allie naar New Bern
was verhuisd was hij alleen.
 Doorzetter, zijn moeder was
overleden toen hij klein was. Hij had
problemen met stotteren. Zijn vader
bedacht daarom dat hij gedichten
moest herinneren. Dat zou hem
 Allie Nelson/Hamilton helpen.
 Getalenteerd, ze houdt van schilderen
en piano spelen.
 Twijfelachtig, ze moest kiezen tussen
Noah en haar verloofde Lon.
 Behulpzaam, ze hielp vrijwillig
gewonde soldaten tijdens de oorlog.
Ze heeft daar Lon ontmoet.
 Wantrouwig, ze vertrouwt haarzelf
niet met het maken van bepaalde
keuzes bijv. met Lon en Noah.
 Ongelukkig, ze heeft strenge ouders
die veel regels hebben waar zij zich
niet altijd aan houdt.

they have on the main character? Usually, there are three roles they play: 1)
They propel the plot forward 2) they give background information on other
characters or other information that is useful to the main character 3) set the
tone for a scene
