Think of some problem or issue in the community. Briefly explain what the problem is (one
or two sentences).
A common problem in my community is that the MobieG counselling service is not
accessible to all people. The app relies on data for access. Many people; especially
members of rural areas, do not have access to mobile phones or cannot afford data, thus
disabling them to access the platform and excluding them from the community.
