Abstract
This paper is to identify ways that the nonprofit organization Midwest Case Management
can find additional funding to help continue their mission in helping those with substance abuse
dependency. Midwest Case Management is a self-pay educational and treatment center that
caters to substance abuse, alcohol dependency, and juvenile delinquency.
The city of Anderson, Indiana as well as the surrounding communities in Madison
County has seen an influx of substance abuse related crimes. Crimes such as robbery, burglary,
and petty theft have drastically increased.
