Stakeholders: Stakeholders are the
individuals or groups that are directly or
indirectly affected by an organization’s
pursuit of its goals. They include
owners/shareholders, employees,
suppliers, distributors, general public,
labour union, creditors, financial
institutions and government.
Internal Stakeholders: Internal
Stakeholders are the individuals or groups
which themselves form the organization
and includes:
(i) Employers – Shareholders Owners and
Managers
, (ii) Employees
Shareholders: Shareholders, often
called stockholders, are the owners of a
corporation. Shareholders are the
people or entities that legally own the
share certificates of a company.
Employer: A legal entity that controls
and directs a servant or workers under
an express or implied contract of
employment and pays him or her
salary or wages in compensation.
Employee: An individual who works
part-time or full-time under a contract
of employment, whether oral or
written, express or implied and has
recognized rights and duties.
External Stakeholders: External
stakeholders are the individuals or

organization and include:
