4301.62 Opened Container of Beer/Intoxicating Liquor Prohibited - ANS-No person shall unless

Have in the person's possession an open container of beer or intoxicating liquor

operating or being a passenger in or on a motor vehicle on any street highway or other public or
private property open to the public

4301.63 Purchase of Beer/Intoxicating Liquor Under 21 Prohibited - ANS-No person shall under

or as a gift beer or intoxicating liquor for a person under 21 years of age
4301.634 Furnishing false information to obtain beer or intoxicating liquor by person under 21 -
ANS-No person shall knowingly show or give any false information concerning name, age, or
other identification
When for the purpose of purchasing or otherwise obtaining beer or intoxicating liquor any place
in the state beer or intoxicating liquor is sold under a permit issued by the division of liquor
control or sold by the division
4301.636 Manufacture, Transfer, Sell, or Distribute False I.D or OL - ANS-No person shall
recklessly manufacture, transfer or distribute in any manner for any manner for any
compensation
any identification issued for the purpose of establishing a person's age

, 4507.30 Prohibitions - ANS-No person shall do any of the following:
Display, or cause or permit to be displayed, or possess any identification card, driver's or
commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, or commercial driver's license
temporary instruction permit knowing the same to be fictitious, or to have been canceled,
suspended, or altered;
Lend to a person not entitled thereto, or knowingly permit a person not entitled thereto to use
any identification card, driver's or commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, or
commercial driver's license temporary instruction permit issued to the person so lending or
permitting the use thereof;
Display, or represent as one's own, any identification card, driver's or commercial driver's
license, temporary instruction permit, or commercial driver's license temporary instruction permit
not issued to the person so displaying the same;
Fail to surrender to the registrar of motor vehicles, upon the registrar's demand, any
identification card, driver's or commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, or
commercial driver's license temporary instruction permit that has been suspended or canceled;
4301.64 Prohibition against consumption of beer or intoxicating liquor in motor vehicle - ANS-No
person unless an exception applies shall
Consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle
4301.66 Obstructing Inspection or Search of Premises Prohibited - ANS-No person shall Hinder
or obstruct any agent or employee of the division of liquor control
Enforcement agent of the department of public safety
Any officer of the law from making inspection or search of any place other than a bona fide
private residence where beer or intoxicating liquor is possessed kept sold or given away
4301.69 Underage persons offenses concerning - ANS-Except as otherwise provided in this
chapter, no person shall sell beer or intoxicating liquor to an underage person, shall buy beer or
intoxicating liquor for an underage person, or shall furnish it to an underage person, unless
given by a physician in the regular line of the physician's practice or given for established
religious purposes or unless the underage person is supervised by a parent, spouse who is not
an underage person, or legal guardian.
In proceedings before the liquor control commission, no permit holder, or no employee or agent
of a permit holder, charged with a violation of this division shall be charged, for the same
offense, with a violation of division (A)(1) of section 4301.22 of the Revised Code.
No person who is the owner or occupant of any public or private place shall knowingly allow any
underage person to remain in or on the place while possessing or consuming beer or
intoxicating liquor, unless the intoxicating liquor or beer is given to the person possessing or
consuming it by that person's parent, spouse who is not an underage person, or legal guardian
and the parent, spouse who is not an underage person, or legal guardian is present at the time
of the person's possession or consumption of the beer or intoxicating liquor.
2923.12 Carrying concealed weapons. - ANS-(A) No person shall knowingly carry or have,
concealed on the person's person or concealed ready at hand, any of the following:
