CASPer TEST | Actual Exam Questions | 100% Correct Answers | Verified 2025/2026 Version Describe a disappointment from your life. - I made a goal to graduate from my undergrad with a 3.8 or higher GPA. It was very disappointing to go from an A honor roll student all my life to receiving my first C in a course. However, I found this lesson vital in humbling myself. Without my undergrad set back I could never have identified my academic weaknesses and improved on them. I also would have never experienced what it feels like to truly fail. I was used to feeling perfect. I viewed life as if you don't reach certain benchmarks, your done, when in reality life comes with many challenges and obstacles to overcome. If you continue to persistent through these challenges even impossible dreams can become a reality. Describe one time when your boss had to confront you about an issue with your work. - When I first started as a scribe in the ER. I felt I was doing an adequate job, no one had brought me any critiques, it was smooth sailing. But one day, my boss takes me aside and lets me know I'm struggling and if I can't fix it after a repeat training session with him, then I would have to be let go. At the time I was so angry, because it was months now after I was hired and I was not told by anyone at anytime that I was struggling. I felt betrayed, but I contained my composer because this job was important to me and I wanted to succeed. I also had to realize that he may be a little on the late side but my boss was offering me redemption, which is a courtesy so I needed to be thankful. So thats what I did, I thanked him for his critiques and I told him I wouldn't let him down.
