Requirements
Salesperson - ANS-Holds an entry-level license and works under a licensed broker's
supervision
Associate broker - ANS-Holds a broker's license but chooses to affiliate with and be sponsored
by another licensed broker
Broker - ANS-Holds a broker's license and works either independently, as a sponsoring broker,
or as a designated qualifying broker
90 days - ANS-Before you begin your real estate career, you must submit an Affidavit of
Sponsorship Form (Part B) as proof that you have broker sponsorship. If you don't submit this,
