2. PROCEDURES
2.1 Site Inspection – Onsite inspection was conducted on (date) to check the physical state of the
property, i.e., the state of the apartments, elevators, and security setup.
2.2 Interviews – Interviews with residents and security guards (if any) were conducted to obtain their
experience and gather relevant information.
2.3 Documents Review – Review of Madikoe Holdings' financial statements and maintenance records

been attributed to delayed repairs by the managing agency.
3.3 Security Breaches – Inadequate security guards have led to compromised safety and free access
into the building, contributing further to property degradation.
