IFR takeoff minimums - Answer-- No takeoff minimums per part 91

- preferably higher than the minimums at the departure airport



Min IFR altitudes - Answer-Mountainous: 2000 ft above highest obstacle with 4 NM horizontally

Non-mountainous: 1000 ft above highest obstacle within 4 NM horizontally.
