How to exit program - ANSWERSGraduate
> Complete program requirements and recieve a certificate of completion
Withdraw
> withdraw from the program prior to completing all required hours
Be dismissed
> be dismissed from the program due to not passing one or both of the entrance exams,
violating site or program polices and procedures
> No hours credit or letter recommendation for hours falsification and major policy
violations
Concurrent and Continuing education
> If you wish to change programs or program options (continue with hours beyond
graduation min in required time frame) take the following steps - ANSWERS1) Review
concurrent and continuing education policy: website and visit the COPE health scholars
website for site requirements and additional fees
2) inform and obtain approval from program manager prior to original program end date
3) complete program preference survey
Site Transfers
If circumstances require you to defer your participation or transfer to a different site
please take the following steps - ANSWERS1) review transfer policy
2) Schedule an inperson meeting or phone call with PM to discuss your options for
continuing in the program
3) Confirm with Program manager via email your course of action
