appearance in it. Over 10 years in EMS, continuing to collect ALS certifications

What's an important value to you and give an example of how this value affects your
life? - ANSWERAccountability: Ex. mis dosing 13 y/o w/ morphine (7.5 vs .75mg),
could have avoided scrutiny but called supervisor and informed the receiving
physician of my error. Accountability equals trust and reliability. I am responsible for
everything in my life and I am responsible for my team.
Humble: Ex. asking partners for feedback after calls, to identify improvement points.
