PERTINENT ASSESSMENT FINDINGS
Shirley Sampson presented in the Emergency Department with complaints of chest pain and SOB.
She states she was planting flowers in her garden at the time she began feeling the pain. She rates
the pain a 7/10. The patient's BP is 160/98, RR 12, O2 Sat 93%, and temperature 97.5 F.
The patient has a history of smoking and hypertension. The patient came in with her daughter who
is at the bedside with her.

suspected to help diagnose anemia. With the patients
