ETC: peripheral vasopressor, increases heart rate, bronchodilator; adverse reaction
of headache and tachycardia
Esmolol (Brevibloc) - answer-Dose: 500 mcg/kg over 1 min, the infusion 50-300
mcg/kg/min
Onset: Immediate
Duration: 30 minutes
ETC: for SVT, tachy,hypertension
Fentanyl (Sublimaze) - answer-Dose: 12.5-50mcg IV
