Detailed notes on all content of the AQA GCSE Geography topic 'The challenge of resource management', organised in order of the syllabus. The chosen module in this pack is the water module. It is worth the same marks as the other optional modules (food or energy). All theories in this pack are supported by examples which will provide the necessary extra contextual knowledge needed to reach the grade 9 bracket. The compulsory case studies I chose for water are: Large-scale water transfer scheme - Lesotho Highland Water Projects Local scheme in an LIC/NEE to increase sustainable supplies of water - The Wakel River Basin Project Whilst there are other possible case studies, these utilise and cover all aspects of resource management, guaranteeing their usefulness.
