Carry out follow-up activities after a business event.
So after the event all the tables and chairs needed to be put in the correct order
because the next day there was going to be a regular school day. We had put all
the tables in a corner along with the chairs so that there would be enough moving
space in the middle of the classroom. We also had put three tables in both
corners along with chairs so that people could sit down and have a conversation
with us. After the open day all this needed to be put back just like it was before
the event. So our group put all the tables in the classroom in correct order as well
as clear all the drinks and snacks. The standing table was put where it was
supposed to be set and the whole classroom looked cleaned within 15 minutes.

We thought we would have to purchase food and drinks but all was taken care of
by school and we were able to let the teacher print out the flyers this way we
didn’t have to spend our money on it so it was a very budgeted event.
One of the problems that occurred was;
Drink being spilled over the standup table but luckily there were no customers so
we could easily replace the cover with a clean one.
Another problem that occurred was on the flyer I made some grammar mistakes
which I didn’t notice until I printed them out, but the problem got solved before
the event started so it all went well in the end.
